The Sibillini-Europa Association promotes Itinerant schools on European Integration. The objective is to provide students with the opportunity of deepening their understanding of the European Union, not only by introducing them to the foundations and functioning of the EU legal body and institutions, but also by providing with the nuts and bolts for understanding and analysing contemporary EU’s policy challenges and dilemmas. The student takes place physically in a candidate country and online for students from Italy and Europe.

The first edition was organised with the Karazin Kharkiv National University in Ukraine, with the participation of an equal number of local and EU students.

For the 2025 edition, Associazione Sibillini Europa decided to promote the 2025 Batumi Jean Monnet Summer School, supported by the Eramus+ Programme of the European Union. The Summer School will take place from 25 to 30 July 2025.

For the 2026 EDITION We are pleased to announce that applications are open for the SEIS – Sibillini-Europa Itinerant School Turkey Edition 2026, organized by the Sibillini-Europa Partnership Initiative in cooperation with Bilkent University Faculty of Law.

The program will take place on 28–29 March 2026 at Bilkent University, Ankara. We invite our students who wish to gain academic depth and explore international perspectives in constitutional law to apply.

 Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a student at Bilkent University Faculty of Law.
• Must have successfully completed LAW 103 – Constitutional Law and LAW 104 – Turkish Constitutional Law courses.

 Application Requirements:
• A comprehensive CV.
• A Statement of Purpose explaining the applicant’s motivation (up to 250 words).

A certificate of attendance will be awarded to all participants at the end of the event.
